Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate or sanitary goods for hygiene reasons.
- Downloadable or digital products.
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@orleansvalentina.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
